    Carlos Ratto

    Cetip Executive Director

    He is the current Executive Director at Cetip responsible for commercial and product development areas, which includes clients and institutional relationship management, product research and product development. He is also responsible for supporting the company’s CEO to develop and put in place the strategic planning.

    He has almost 20 years of experience in financial market. He was team leader in two multinational banks (BankBoston and HSBC) for more than 10 years. He has large experience in the whole product life circle including business intelligence, product development, sales material, product training, client presentation and post implementation review. During this time he built a solid contact with Sales teams, companies, institutional investors, regulators and other banks product teams.

    Cristiano Cury

    Banco BTG Pactual Associate Partner

    Partner in charge of the Fixed Income Distribution area of Banco BTG Pactual. He holds a degree in Engineering from PUC-RJ, and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC RJ. Cristiano joined Banco Pactual in 2003 and became a partner at Banco BTG Pactual in 2011. Before spearheading the Fixed Income Distribution area, he worked at UBS Pactual Asset Management, in charge of the relationship with Institutional Latam clients.

    Daniel Lemos

    XP Investimentos Partner

    He holds a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from UFRJ and 15 years of experience working in several financial institutions. He began his career at Banco Pactual, where he worked for over six years in the bank’s fixed income and products area, as well as the international shareholders’ board.  

    He was an International Fixed Income Manager associate at Maua Sekular Investimentos, between February 2007 and February 2009. He worked in the Fund Management area of Octante Capital between 2009 and 2010. From April 2010 to December 2011, he worked as the Exclusive Funds manager of Credit Suisse Hedging Griffo. Since 2012, Daniel has worked as the managing partner of Products at XP Investimentos, spearheading the Fixed Income, Capital Market, Investment Funds, Life and Welfare areas.

    He is anchor and economy editor of Jornal das 10 (GloboNews). He was the host of Conta Corrente, economy commentator of Hora 1, and reporter for several newscasts on TV Globo. He had already worked for more than 5 years in the financial market before that. He holds a degree in Journalism from USP and in Economics from Mackenzie. Dony completed an extension course in Economics at Brown University/USA and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from FGV.

    He the CEO of Cetip. He holds a degree in Civil Production Engineering from PUC-Rio de Janeiro, and a specialization degree from INSEAD (Advanced Management Program), as well as over 20 years of experience in the financial market. He began his career at Citibank (1993), where he held various management positions in Brazil and abroad (Mexico and USA), until leaving the institution in 2007, as Director of Treasury Sales. Gilson was a member of the Executive Committee in Brazil and held executive positions at JP Morgan (2007-2010), Bank of America Merrill Lynch (2010-2011), and Santander (2011-2013), always related to the areas of Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Products, Derivatives Structuring.

    Mr. Guidotti graduated in Economics from the Università degli Studi di Bologna (Italy), holds an Executive MBA from Insper, and attended the Executive Program at Stanford University in 2014. The executive has worked in the ??administration and finance segments in several infrastructure projects and concessions in Latin America. In 2002, Mr. Guidotti became Administrative Director and Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer at Empresa Concessionária de Rodovias do Sul – Ecosul S.A. Since 2005, Mr. Guidotti is CFO at EcoRodovias. In May 2012, the executive also took over the post of Investor Relations Officer.

    The current CEO of Insper, he worked as Vice President from 2013 to April 2015. He worked as Executive Director at Itaú-Unibanco from 2006 to 2009, and as Vice President from 2009 to 2013. He was President of Instituto de Resseguros do Brasil from 2005 to 2006, and served as Economic Policy Secretary of the Brazilian Ministry of Finance from 2003 to 2005. Marcos was Assistant Professor of Economics at the Brazilian School of Economics and Finance at Fundação Getúlio Vargas between 1998 and 2002, and previously held the position of Assistant Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics at Stanford University, between 1996 and 1998.     Manager of Asset Allocation and Products at Itaú Unibanco, and vice president of the Investor Education Committee at ANBIMA. Mr. Iglesias holds a postgraduate diploma in Finance and Banking from EAESP/FGV and a master’s degree in Economics from EESP/FGV, where he teaches graduate courses. Expert on behavioral finance, he has written several articles on the subject, some of which have been presented at conferences in Brazil and abroad.     CFO and Investor Relations Director of EDP Energias do Brasil

    Graduated in Business Administration from IBMEC (Rio de Janeiro), Ms. Albuquerque holds a master’s degree in Finance from the same institution. Working in the power industry for 15 years, she joined EDP Energias do Brasil in 2006, and in 2011 became superintendent of Finance and Investor Relations. He has been with the Votorantim group since February 2010. He has 38 years of experience in the financial and capital markets. He has worked for institutions such as Banco Bradesco and Banco Schahim Cury. He is an active participant in associations and entities related to our markets, such as the Board of Directors of BM&F and Bovespa, where he also held the position of Vice President. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a graduate degree from FGV. Before taking over the Presidency of ANBIMA, Robert was Vice President of the organization for three terms and also, on two occasions, presided over the Regulation and Best Practices Council for the Funds Industry and spearheaded the Fixed Income & Multi-market Investment Funds Committee.

    Graduated in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (POLI-USP), having worked for 15 years in the financial market, most of the time in the United States. After coming back to Brazil about four years ago, Mr. Chequer stopped working in the financial market and became a partner of communications company Soap Presentations. In 2014, along with some friends, Mr. Chequer started what would be the embryo of the “Come to the Street” movement, effectively established in September 2014.

    Ronaldo is an attorney and director of the Institute for Technology and Society of Rio de Janeiro (ITS). He holds a master’s degree from Harvard and PhD from USP.     Selmo Aronovich

    He holds an undergraduate and a graduate degree in Economics from UFMG (1993-1999). His thesis was awarded the 2nd place of the 15th BNDES Economics Award in 1991. He holds a specialization degree in International Economics and Finance from the World Economics Institute, University of Kiel, Germany (1998-1999). From September 1993 to May 2003, he performed market fundraising activities at BNDES. From 1997 to 2003, he took on funding activities and the position of operator in charge of derivative transactions held by BNDES. At the time, between 1996 and 2001, BNDES was the largest Brazilian corporate issuer of international bonds.

    From May 2003 to January 2009, he was head of the department in charge of the strategy and financial planning for the BNDES and its subsidiaries.
